We just stayed for one night. We arrived about 9:00 p.m. and left the room at 11:00 a.m next day. We were three adults and a four-year-old in this room for a night nap. The room was adequate for all four of us, with one master bed and a little bed. The air conditioning was excellent, and I spent 1100 for a four-person stay that I believe was well worth it. RO water is provided on the first floor Only minor problems I noted are that There is no dental kit, soap, or shampoo available. But it's not a big issue. When I controlled the trap water in the bathroom, there was a current leakage via geyser (i felt minor shock in my room), which I alerted reception about. I'm hoping it is fixed.

I read the reviews and booked since we got a good deal on booking.com. But it was a bad decision. Had a sleepless night because of mosquitoes. Room was tiny and cramped. No tea or coffe either for room service. Bed was not comfortable. Could have been cleaned and maintained better. Looked like the common area had not been swept and dusted in ages. Plus - The restroom was clean. When the geyser didn't work in the room, he immediately gave us another room to use. Over all, wouldn't recommend.

We happy with this hotel and service. Rooms are good and modern. Bathroom is having twenty four hour hot water. Breakfast was good and tasty. Floor corridor was good and having best ambience. Staff are good

Unfortunately we didn't have a good 1 night stay here. We found the bedding to not be very clean (hair and stains), the pillows were flat, the bed extremely hard. We also had issues with noise from other rooms and external noise. The only good things were the location (fairly close to the Rock Fort) and the breakfast was good.

First a clarification. There are no 2 hotels apple park and apple park annex. Same hotel. Location is in midst of a residential area. Walkable from chatram bus stand. I had booked a single room. Room was neat. Enough for 1 person to move about. Restroom was also neat and tidy. Room was ready to occupy on arrival. Towel soap shampoo water bottle was provided. RO water was also available. Good hospitality and response. Prompt response to change the pillow cover in my room. Some minor flaws like broken table draw mica sheet and towel hanger's nail was not properly nailed. Cholanaadu restaurant was attached to the hotel. 4-5 vehicles can be parked in front of hotel. Street was narrow though. On the whole despite minor flaws the stay was good. A recommended budget hotel.
